I guess it’s safe to say that I have been all about the Fall recipes this season and it’s NOT even October yet! I was experimenting in the kitchen today and came up with this super simple Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake! Best part about this recipe, it requires ingredients that you likely already have on hand & it takes about 3 minutes from start to finish to make!
Whenever I test out recipes, they can be SUPER hit or miss on the first try. This one, however, was perfect. Sweet but not too sweet, thanks to some dark chocolate chips and super fluffy!
Like I said above, I had this little dessert in about 3 minutes. I think this is going to be a staple for me going forward- I could even prep a mug cake to make at work when we go to the office!
