You guys already know I have been WAITING for this recipe… mostly because I am all about all things pumpkin!
#dEATS 👉🏻 1 cup rolled oats, 2/3 cup pumpkin purée, 1 egg, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, & 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice! Blend all ingredients in a blender & then make like normal pancakes! Chocolate chips are optional, but sooooo necessary 🍂
