Who is Healthyways?

Welcome to my blog! My name is Rachel, and I am 23 years old! I am a UGA grad, and I just started my first “adult” job (wild). I love running, eating healthy food, hiking, and taking photos! I also love trying new food, traveling, and spontaneous adventures! I’m currently living in Memphis, TN.

Whatโ€™s your favorite breakfast?! Mine switches between avocado toast and oatmeal... really just depends on what kind of day Iโ€™m having ๐Ÿ˜‚ You canโ€™t really go wrong with avocado toast on @traderjoes ancient grains bread, strawberries, and scrambled eggs tho ๐Ÿฅ‘
Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Scones with peanut butter drizzle โœจ Made these yesterday morning and they had no business being this good ๐Ÿคฉ
6-INGREDIENT BLUEBERRY PANCAKES with blueberry chia jam & melted peanut butter โ„๏ธ Beyond necessary after a cold walk in the snow, plus I love how easy it is to make them! #dEATS ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries, 1/3 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 1 tsp baking powder! Blend all ingredients in a blender (add in blueberries after) & then make like normal pancakes! To make the chia jam, I heated 1 tbs maple syrup, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and 1 tbs chia seeds on the stove until it started to boil! Happy Friday ๐Ÿ’•
Dinner last night was garlic & herb crusted salmon, roasted paprika chickpeas, seasoned jasmine rice, roasted sweet potatoes, tomatoes and hummus over a bed of spinach!! #sponsor There's seriously nothing better than a bowl like this on a snow day (yes we are still snowed in)! Picked up all of my grocery essentials in bulk at @Samsclub before the snow started and I am SO glad I did because I am fully stocked all of the goods!! I bought tons of snacks like apple chips, pistachios, granola bars and hummus & pita chips. Made Salted Peanut Butter Muffins using Complete Daily Energy Collagen from @bulletproof and they came out SO good ๐Ÿ˜›โœจ I've seen a huge difference in my hair & nails since I started taking collagen so now I try to sneak it into everything! #ad #BeTheProof
