Salted Peanut Butter Blondies

Made these Salted Peanut Butter Blondies last week and they didn’t even last 24 hours in my apartment! Yes, they are THAT good.

All you need is 1 cup coconut sugar, 1 cup melted/runny peanut butter, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 cup oat flour (can make your own in a blender), 1/3 cup coconut flour (or paleo flour), pinch of sea salt, 1/3 cup @hukitchen paleo chocolate, 1 cup almond milk and 1 tsp baking powder…. yes these things are UNREAL!!

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, pour batter into a lined loaf pan, and bake at 350F for 30 min! Once they’ve cooled, top with melted @hukitchen chocolate drizzle (‘wolfson15’ is my discount) 🍫 I usually melt my chocolate chips on the stove top with 1 tbs coconut oil, but you can also microwave chocolate chips & coconut oil!!
