Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Scones with peanut butter drizzle β¨ Made these yesterday morning and they had no business being this good!

2 cups all purpose flour (can sub gluten free)
2/3 cup coconut sugar (can sub cane sugar)
1/3 cup runny peanut butter
1 stick vegan butter (melted) (can sub reg butter)
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Dough should be on the tougher side, so if yours is too wet, add more flour until itβs thicker and not as moist! I shaped my dough into thick triangles (maybe an inch and a half tall) on a baking sheet and baked them for 18 minutes! At about 9 minutes, I took the pan out and used a knife to press the sides into more of a triangle shape because they had spread and lost shape a little bit!! This recipe makes 12 scones π
After they cool, drizzle with melted peanut butter and enjoy with coffee βοΈπ
