Arden’s Garden ATL

If you asked me what my favorite smoothie place in Atlanta is, I would say with 100% certainty: Arden’s Garden. One time I actually had my boyfriend walk six miles with me to the Little Five Points Arden’s Garden location. One way. Not round trip. Of course, he complained the entire time. He was also sweating profusely. Oh, and did I mention it was July? Yeah… well when we got to Arden’s he said to me “This better have been worth it.” How do I know it was? He has never once complained about that entire day again and it’s been a few years. I would have heard about it if he hadn’t been an Arden’s fan… trust me.

The Arden’s Garden setup!

“But it’s just a smoothie place?” you might wonder. Well, not really. Arden’s Garden isn’t your typical smoothie chain, which is why I am so excited to be partnering with them! Arden’s prioritizes you and your health, and they do that by providing you with plenty of different options beyond just smoothies to ensure you are living your healthiest and most importantly your happiest self!

Everyone knows I am PICKY with my peanut butter.. but this one is perfectly creamy and all natural, which is a hard combo to come by!

What does Arden’s Garden have? Well they have the goods. Freshly Ground Peanut Butter, Cold Pressed Fruit Juices & Vegetable Juices, Grab & Go Smoothies, Vegan Salads, PowerFuel Boosters, Raw Vegan Desserts, Wellness Shots, Healthy Snacks, and even Cleanses!

Cute sign outside of their Sandy Springs store!

Last week I decided to take a COVID-19 safe (and masked) adventure to Arden’s Garden in Sandy Springs! It was my first time leaving the house to go somewhere other than the grocery store since March. As you can imagine, I was super excited, so naturally I went all out.

Definitely brought the goods home this trip.

I do have to say, the only negative to Arden’s Garden is that there are SO many choices that it’s really hard to narrow it down to just a couple. Notice how I said a couple, because I could never choose just one! I ended up getting a Nutri-Boost Fruit Smoothie, one of their smoothie specials, and two of their new salads to try!

Styled their Beet Root Falafel Salad to take an Insta Pic.. no bad angles here!

First of all.. their Beet Root Falafel Bowl… incredible. The ‘Good Goddess’ Dressing that came on the salad was actually to die for. I was hoarding it and using it on my other salads during the following days! The Kale salad was also amazing. I brought both of these home and ended up adding some Tofu to the Kale one for a little extra protein and it was equally as amazing. This is coming from someone who isn’t even a huge Kale girl… so that’s a big deal!

Sooo many fruit option: I love that they have papaya and mango! I think I’ll try a smoothie with those two next time I go!
My customized “Shake”smoothie

I also made my own smoothie! I ended up getting a customized version of “The Shake” which was made with frozen bananas, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, and medjool dates. Um… so good. Pretty sure it’s my new favorite smoothie combo ever. No joke. I usually get a “create-your-own” of strawberries, peaches, almond milk, and banana, which is also really good, but the PEANUT BUTTER truly changed the game for my so I have to side with “The Shake.” I love their smoothie bar because they have pretty much every fruit you could ever ask for. They also have protein powders and other boosters that really elevate your smoothie! The one in the photo above also had such a thick and creamy texture too (I credit the frozen banana and the almond milk) which made it almost taste like a milkshake.

Almond milk, frozen peaches, frozen banana, & frozen strawberries

I also just flat out love the Arden’s Gardens stores. They are so organized, modern, and everything just looks really nice and fresh. Each store has a huge refrigerated case full of their yummy, healthy treats and other grab & go essentials. There’s also a wire wrack full of healthy chips/pretzels and other partner brand snacks. The best thing about Arden’s Garden is the fact that they are constantly changing their grab & go case up. They are putting out different salads, raw vegan desserts, wellness shots, and other goodies. This week they had their new “True Blue” wellness shot made with Blue Majik which is a type of spirulina and I thought it was actually so tasty. Wayyy better than a lot of the wellness shots I have taken in my lifetime (and that’s a lot).

Selection of goods in the Arden’s case.

If I haven’t sold you on going to one of their 18 Georgia locations by now, this last part might just do the trick. I know that things in the world are crazy right now, so by using my code “healthyways10” you can order online for in-store pickup at any of their locations except for Athens! Even if you’re not from Atlanta, you can use my code “healthyways10” to get you 10% off of online orders at Arden’s Garden! You can also find their cold-pressed juices and juice cleanses in grocery stores like Whole Foods, Kroger, and Publix.

Overall, Arden’s Garden is one of my favorite places because I know that what I put into my body matters. It seems cliche almost to say “Let thy food be thy medicine”, but it’s honestly so true. When I eat or drink anything at Arden’s, I feel like I am doing something good for my body, which is honestly my favorite self care. Whether it’s a smoothie, a raw vegan date ball, or a scoop of their fresh ground peanut butter- I know that I am putting wholesome, nutrient-dense ingredients into my body, and that my body will thank me for it later.

Thank you for reading this blog article! I hope that everyone is staying safe and remembering to give themselves a little extra love and care these days. Be patient with yourself and with others. Enjoy your weekend 🙂

PowerFuels and Very Very Berry Squares, who says you can’t have both?!
A few of their wellness shots, including the new “True Blue” that I liked so much!
My smoothie! Pre-blend of course.
