#dEATS 👉🏻 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries, 1/3 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 1 tsp baking powder! Blend all ingredients in a blender (add in blueberries after) & then make like normal pancakes! To make the chia jam, I heated 1 tbs maple syrup, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and 1 tbs chia seeds on the stove until it started to boil! Happy Friday 💕
